Online Support Services



Technical Support
within normal hours is provided  as standard for all our services and included within the price of the service itself, however for those service that require 24 x 7 support we will charge an additional fee.This fee is the equivalent of 1/12th of an annual contract, paid in advance. Customer who have not paid for 24 x 7 technical support who later require this service will have to pay on an hourly basis. In addition to our technical support we also provide a number of online services to assist users in determining problems with their network.

OTRS:

We provide all customers with access to our Online Ticketing & Reporting System in order that they can report any and all problems they face with their network.

OPEN FORUM:

In addition we also provide customers with an online forum where they can share their experiences and discuss issues relating to applications they wish to or are running across the satellite system that may be of interest to other users, or problems they are experiencing with the service or equipment they are using on the service.
This Open Forum is moderated by our support staff who will do their best to assist you with any issues or problems, anyone abusing this forum will be blocked from using it.

CACTI:

In addition to our reporting systems we offer online web based monitoring system for of your network, you will have controlled access to any graphs we have set up for your network.
For users who wish to monitor their own network in addition to the monitoring we provide we recommend they install MRTG at their location. This software is FREE but does require some knowledge to set up.
